Canna Country Selections is the R&D arm of Canna Country—a small, multi-generational, family-run cannabis farm and breeding project located in Southern Humboldt County, California. Operated by cultivators Reggie and Teddy, the farm is famous for sun-grown, organic craft cannabis, rare terpene profiles, and winning Emerald Cup awards.
Canna Country is known for working with other legacy Humboldt farms, such as creating the “Country Rose” cross with Huckleberry Hill Farms.
Canna Country #26 took:
- 2026 Gold Medal at the California State Fair
- 1st Place – “Flower” at Cannifest 2023
- 1st Place – “Purple Buds” at Cannifest 2023
- 2nd Place – “Sun Grown” at Emerald Cup 2021
Canna Country Farms, is run by Ted Blair in the hills of Southern Humboldt—focused on family, patience, hard work, deep roots, and a real love for the plant. Tucked into one of the most special microclimates in the Emerald Triangle, Ted and his crew work with the sun, the soil, the clean mountain air, and years of hands-on experience to grow cannabis that carries the fingerprint of the land it came from.
Ted is more than a cultivator – he’s a breeder, a researcher, and a farmer who has dedicated years to developing unique genetics with real character. At Canna Country, every cultivar is selected with purpose: for flavor, effect, smoke quality, terpene expression, and the kind of experience that can’t be rushed or faked.
This is organic, full-sun farming with intention behind it. Fruit trees, berries, vegetables, and cannabis all growing together as part of a living farm ecosystem. It’s not just about producing flower – it’s about honoring the land, preserving Humboldt genetics, and carrying forward the legacy of the hill with pride.
